What are your badges made from?

Our badges comprise of a strong durable metal construction which will not rust, a protective mylar cover, and a steel pin for attaching to clothing.

What can I have on my badges?

Anything you want! The only limitation is your imagination. (We do reserve the right to refuse to print anything that is illegal, breaches copyright or causes offence.) Please see our Design Tips page for hints on how to make your badge stand out. You should also bear in mind the layout requirements and that there might be slight differences between the colour you see on screen and the final printed badge.

Once we receive your design we load it into our badge templates. If there is any problem we will email you. If you want us to design a badge for you we’ll be happy to provide a quote. Please email info@thebadgelab.co.uk.

How can I get my artwork to you?

You can upload a gif, jpeg or png file direct from your computer when you place your order or you can send any file direct to info@thebadgelab.co.uk.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal and you can use all major credit or debit cards over their secure servers.

Do you supply overseas?

Yes we do, we supply worldwide and you can place your order online.

How long will it take to get my badges?

We aim to complete and despatch your order within three working days of cleared payment being received. UK Orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1^st class post and will require a signature (you will recive an email once your order has been dispatched).  If you have a deadline, require any special delivery service please email us at info@thebadgelab.co.uk.

How is carriage charged on my order?

Our online ordering system combines postage by calculating the weight of your total order.

Will you notify me when my order is being despatched?

Yes you will receive an email notification telling you when.

Can I see a sample before I buy?

We aim to keep our prices as low as possible so, unfortunately, we are not able to offer a sample service. If we think there might be a problem with how your badges look we will email you.
